Edilportale.com SpA, headquartered in Bari (Italy), at Via Loiacono 20, VAT no. and Tax Code 05611580720, REA 429007, (hereinafter also Edilportale) is the Data Controller of the processing of personal data carried out in the context of information services, networking, commercial promotion in the Construction, Architecture and Design sectors through the websites owned and managed by it such as www.archiproducts.live, www.edilportale.com, www.archilovers.com, www.archipassport.com, www.daloom.com and third-level domains connected to them and the services provided therein (DEM, newsletters), through showrooms or other physical locations managed and owned by it, through the organization of events and initiatives, through advertisements on social networks and access to related services (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest).
Within the context of access to free services, on the basis of a valid legal basis (point 3), your contact details may be disclosed to Brands present on Archiproducts and, in the case of physical events, also to the Sponsors of the specific event.

Your personal data may be made available to third companies that process the data autonomously only to execute the operations described on our portals as indicated in paragraph 3 above and only when this purpose is not incompatible with the purposes for which your data were collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, in a manner that complies with the law. Your personal data, in case you register for the Edilportale Digital Forum, will be automatically transmitted to the Companies present in the Expo Area whose pages you will have visited. Also in case you register for a workshop or webinar organized by Edilportale within the Edilportale Digital Forum, your data will be transmitted to the Companies that have a Talk within the workshop or webinar you have registered for.
The Companies that have received your data as a result of this registration may send you information about the products covered by the webinar or workshop you have registered for. The transmission of your data, as just described, will be automatic whether you are a new user registering for the first time, or in the event that you register using login credentials from a registration you have previously made.
Access to Edilportale.com SpA showrooms and locations, as well as access to events (forums, events) organized by it, are part of the free services and are therefore subject to registration on the platform. Registration to the Network can also be completed at event check-in. In the registration form, you will be asked to freely, specifically and optionally provide consent to the disclosure of your personal data to third parties, identified as the Brands present on Archiproducts and Sponsor Brands of the events.
Providing such consent is optional and is aimed at enabling these third parties to carry out marketing activities, including the sending of commercial and informational communications relating to their products and services.
If you do not provide consent, you will still be able to access the showrooms and attend the events; the only consequence will be the impossibility for such parties to use your personal data for marketing purposes.
As part of the use and navigation of our portals, it may happen that some personal data is collected automatically (via so-called "cookies"), such as, for example, in the case of collecting the user's IP address and other information related to the user's stay on the website or preferences expressed by the user in choosing the services offered by the website. We have adopted security measures so as to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data themselves, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not conform to the purposes of collection set out in our Privacy Policy. However, Edilportale.com SpA cannot guarantee its users that the measures taken for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information will limit or totally exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data. In case of payment by credit card, the information required to process the transaction, such as the credit or debit card number, expiration date and security code, will be protected and managed by our systems to enable you to finalize the purchase. The payment information and instructions entered into the financial system (credit card number, security codes) are processed through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and will not be stored in any way on our systems.
Archiproducts adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to facilitate the exercise of your rights under Articles 15 to 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679. Upon receipt of your petition, Archiproducts will provide you with appropriate feedback, without undue delay, no later than 1 month after its receipt. This deadline may be extended by 2 months if it becomes necessary taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In that case, Archiproducts will still notify you within 1 month of receipt of the request.

You may unsubscribe from the periodic sending of our newsletters at any time via the "Unsubscribe from newsletter" link found in the footer of all communications sent following your explicit request.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time for marketing activities carried out by Archiproducts Brands by accessing your reserved area and deselecting the relevant option.

The information systems of Edilportale.com SpA with which we process your data for the purposes indicated above are located in the EU. Edilportale S.p.A., with registered office in Italy, and Trendzone (a company based in China) act jointly as Joint Controllers of the processing pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Chinese Personal Information Protection Law (中华人民共和国个人信息保护法 – PIPL), with regard to the personal data of Chinese users who register on the Edilportale network to access the APX China platform.
