The CUBOROSSO Research Centre in Fontaneto d’Agogna represents the technical core of design and experimentation, focused on developing products and services aligned with market needs. Caleffi works with certified raw materials, including traditional and low-lead brass alloys, dezincification-resistant alloys, steel and technopolymers. The presence of manufacturing facilities in Italy enables direct supply chain control, reduced distances between departments and integrated process management. The history and identity of Caleffi
Caleffi was founded in 1961 and relocated its production facility to Fontaneto d’Agogna, in the province of Novara, in 1975, where the company headquarters are still located today. In 1996, the Gattico-Veruno production facility was inaugurated, while from 2000 onwards the company embarked on an international expansion path that led the group to operate through offices and subsidiaries in several countries. Among the most significant milestones are the inauguration of CUBOROSSO in 2008 and MAV, the Vertical Automated Warehouse, in 2009, both instrumental in strengthening technological research and international logistics respectively. Today, Caleffi serves more than 90 countries, with 20 offices worldwide and 13 manufacturing facilities in Italy.
