Manital is an Italian company specializing in the production of
door and window handles. Founded by entrepreneur Luigi Bigoloni in 1990 in that of Vobarno, in the province of Brescia, it adopts from the very beginning a production process based on state-of-the-art technologies, while maintaining some steps carried out by hand by skilled craftsmen. Moreover, the strategy of Manital's founder, based on the combination of design and made-in-Italy quality, proves successful, so much so that in 2007 the company is included in the list of 100 Italian excellences. A milestone that leads Manital to expand the market worldwide, create prestigious international projects and receive numerous awards, including the recent inclusion of the
Nohand handle, designed by Mario Mazzer and Giovanni Crosera in the ADI Design Index 2020. Other prestigious names enter Manital's history, starting with Studio Sottsass Associati, moving on to Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, and ending with Mario Mazzer, Giulia Mazzer and Giovanni Crosera, who were named artistic directors of the company. The Manital catalog offers a series of door handles signed by renowned designers, guaranteeing aesthetics, functionality and Made in Italy quality. Unique in its kind and of great aesthetic impact, the
Saturn handle, design by Mario Mazzer and Giovanni Crosera, is characterized by generous sizes, suitable for large doors and gates. The distinguishing element is the internal disc, which can be purchased separately and customized at will with different finishes, from leather, declined in 8 shades, to the chromium-plated disc, up to customization with laser engraving. The outer circle of the escutcheon and the handle are also available in various finishes, from satin or polished chrome to anthracite black paint. Gemmy, characterized by curved, rounded lines and a design that combines handle and rosette in an organic, harmonious whole. The same formal concept is applied to the

In addition to door handles, the Manital catalog offers coordinated collections that include door handles, window handles, and handles for sliding windows, generously sized doors, and gates. Winner of the 2011 Good Design Award, the
Alamaro collection bears the signature of Mario Mazzer. The design is built on the shape of the circle, declined in the two concentric discs that make up the escutcheon, and in the shape of the handle, characterized by the circles placed at both ends. The Alamaro sliding window handle features the same design for the handle, while the escutcheon extends into an elegant oval. Alamaro is also available in window models, and available finishes include chrome and brass in polished or satin versions, matte bronze, and satin nickel.
Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas designed the
Carmen collection, which won the International Design award in 2008 and is still among the best sellers in the Manital catalog. Nautilus handle, designed by Mario Artusio. A handle is grafted onto the round escutcheon that is inspired by the nautilus shell in its circular shape. Available in satin or polished chrome, satin nickel and brass, and matte bronze finishes with different combinations for escutcheon and handle.
