QUON is a
contract furniture brand that combines craftsmanship, innovation and customization. Born out of Otsu's more than 60 years of experience, the brand is distinguished for its production of
metal seating and furniture with a strong focus on quality, customization and design. QUON's production facility is organized to ensure efficiency and quality control. The Osaka headquarters houses not only the offices, but also the factories and showrooms, offering customers the opportunity to see the production process up close and touch the quality of the products. One of QUON's distinguishing features is its handcrafted approach to production. Each product is born from a meticulous process in which craftsmen shape each component with millimeter precision, transforming a simple design into a three-dimensional piece of furniture. With its own metalworking facility, QUON is able to produce prototypes quickly and flexibly, supporting the development team in experimenting with new solutions. The entire production cycle is managed in-house, with an integrated system that includes metalworking, fabric cutting and stitching, through to assembly and upholstery. This ensures maximum quality control and quick response to customization requests.
