Since 1993, TeMa Technologies and Materials has been providing efficient solutions for residential and commercial buildings: a comprehensive and varied range of products in the ‘Building Solutions’ division fulfils the functions of waterproofing protection, drainage, reinforcement, filtration, damp-proofing and micro-ventilation.
TeMa products stand out for their effectiveness and performance in the most varied range of building applications. These include: foundations and underground structures such as retaining walls, diaphragms, berlin walls and basement walls; reinforced earth retaining walls; trafficable flat roofs, flat green roofs and flat ballasted roofs.
For each application, TeMa offers products with proven effectiveness and a long life, which are also remarkably easy to install. The materials used are perfectly suitable for the construction and renovation of healthy buildings: studded membranes, drainage geocomposites, monofilament structures, geosynthetic products and mats made of biodegradable materials.
TeMa has 6 plants worldwide: Vittorio Veneto (Italy), TeMa Iberica (Spain), TeMa North (Russia), TeMa Med (Turkey), TeMa Romania and TeMa North America (USA). With its sales network, TeMa is present in 80 countries and provides customised solutions with the support of a varied network of distributors. With its in-house Technical Department, the company supports its customers in identifying the solution through to evaluating the most suitable products to solve a particular technical problem and finding the most appropriate installation procedure for each specific application.
